D Oliver Martineau
Co-Founder, Head of Sales
Oliver Martineau is Co-Founder and Head of Sales at Teton EB-5, where he leads global investor relationships. He previously served as Global Head of Sales for a $10 billion U.S. real estate developer, raising more than $580 million in EB-5 capital from investors across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Earlier, he founded Au Group, an EB-5 issuer and advisory firm based in Beijing, building deep networks among migration agents and family offices.
Mr. Martineau serves on the Board of Maasai Girls Rescue Center. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A., Economics) and speaks English, French, and Mandarin.
Daniel J Martineau
Co-Founder
Dan Martineau is Co-Founder of Teton Capital Partners. He practiced Real Estate Law as an attorney in New York City, then transitioned to developing and managing his own portfolio of assets in Colorado and Arizona. Dan works with developers who seek financing solutions that fit within the EB-5 Program boundaries. He has been in the Real Estate business for over 35 years.
Dan manages a Family Charitable Foundation and also serves on the Board of Maasai Girls Rescue Center. He is a graduate of Hamilton College, the University of Denver Law School and Georgetown University Law Center.
Alex Odenwalder
With over 10 years of experience in the EB-5 industry, Alex Odenwalder brings extensive expertise in fundraising, project structuring, and investor relations. Before returning to the U.S. in 2022, Alex spent eight years living in Asia, traveling widely across China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam to meet with clients and their families. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Bucknell University and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
